I have uninstalled Filezilla using IOBit Uninstaller and used "Powerful Scan" to remove leftover registry entries and reinstalled Filezilla. I have also installed Ipswitch WS_FTP Home and I can connect to my website. I have also been to and logged onto my website and it gives the message "Congratulations! Your server is working and assorted routers/firewalls have been correctly configured for explicit FTP over TLS" I have disabled my Windows Firewall and anti-virus software and it makes no difference.
